We accept the following payment methods for all orders within Hungary:

Payments can be made securely using major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to:

Express Checkout
For faster checkout, we also offer the following express payment options through Shopify Payments:

- Google Pay

The availability of these payment options may depend on your device and browser.
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
We currently deliver within Hungary only.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Box delivery (Foxpost): 2–4 business days
- Home delivery (Foxpost): 3-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, public holidays, or other events outside our control, therefore we can't take the responsibility if these events occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen method and order details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer once the package has been delivered to the customer or a person authorized by the customer to receive the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds & Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions:
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- the product is unused and unworn
- the white label and/or security seal (in the case of earrings) has not been removed
- the product is returned complete with all accessories
- the product is returned in its original packaging
- the product shows no signs of wear or damage
Customers are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Hygiene Exception:
For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the security seal has been removed.
Return Process:
- Contact us at hello@avellejewelry.com to initiate your return.
- Ship the item back to us securely (original shipping method is recommended).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until:
- the returned product has been received, or
- the customer provides proof that the return shipment has been sent.
Warranty
All Avelle jewelry comes with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects occurring under normal use, including:
- peeling or significant fading of the plating
- structural defects in the jewelry
- malfunctioning clasps or closures
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs within the warranty period, we will replace the item where possible.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage
- improper use or storage
- loss or theft
- exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents
- damage caused by improper handling or modification
Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This commercial warranty is provided voluntarily and does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under Hungarian and European Union law, including the mandatory warranty and consumer protection provisions applicable to consumer purchases.
