How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home
Option 1 – Measure a ring you already own
- Place the ring on a ruler.
- Measure the inside diameter in millimeters.
- Match the measurement to the chart above.
Option 2 – Measure your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimeters — this is your finger circumference.
- Find the matching EU size in the chart.
Good to Know
- Fingers can swell during the day → measure in the evening for best accuracy
- Wider rings may feel tighter → size up if unsure
- If you’re buying a gift and guessing → EU 52–54 / US 6-7 is the most common women’s range
