These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products offered by Avelle Jewelry through its online store.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products
Avelle Jewelry offers stainless steel and gold-plated jewelry through its online store.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information displayed on the website are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Orders
By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the order.
Avelle Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:
- suspected fraud
- payment authorization failure
- incorrect pricing due to technical error
- product unavailability
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.
Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods listed on the Payment Options page.
All payments are processed through secure payment providers. Avelle Jewelry does not store full payment card details.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping
Shipping terms, delivery times, and shipping costs are described in detail on the Shipping Policy page.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the customer or a person authorized by the customer to receive the goods.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation.

Warranty
Avelle Jewelry provides a 3-month limited commercial warranty for its products.
This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under Hungarian and European Union law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Avelle Jewelry and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
