Returns & Refunds
In accordance with applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer receives the product.

Return Conditions
Returned products are eligible for a refund only if the following conditions are met:

the product is unused and unworn

the white label and/or security seal (in the case of earrings) has not been removed

the product is returned complete with all accessories
-
the product is returned in its original packaging
-
the product shows no signs of wear, damage, or depreciation in value
Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We do not provide return shipping labels.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the security seal has been removed or if the product has been used.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made or personalized products
- gift cards
These exceptions are applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until:
- the returned product has been received by us, or
- the customer provides credible proof that the return shipment has been sent.
